I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine from China, influenced by my family’s medical background, which sparked my interest in physiology and patient care. Since moving to Vancouver in 2015, I have practiced as a Registered Acupuncturist and, after further studies at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2019. My practice combines both acupuncture and massage therapy to support healing.
Both modalities are equally valuable to me, each offering unique benefits. Acupuncture restores balance by stimulating specific points along the body’s meridians, often enhanced by techniques like cupping or scraping to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and aid detoxification. Massage therapy provides hands-on relief to enhance mobility and reduce pain. By understanding my patients’ routines and lifestyles, I create tailored treatment plans and provide home care guidance to promote faster recovery.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling with my family, cooking meals to share with loved ones, hiking around Vancouver, and staying active through jogging and swimming at the local recreation center.
