1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TCMThrive (www.tcmthrive.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
TCMThrive is an online directory that connects users with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and other healthcare practitioners in the Greater Vancouver Area. We aggregate publicly available information about practitioners and clinics to help users find appropriate care.
TCMThrive is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information on our platform is for reference purposes only. Always consult directly with a qualified healthcare practitioner regarding any health concerns.
3. No Medical Advice
The content on TCMThrive, including practitioner profiles, areas of focus, and service descriptions, is provided for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on TCMThrive.
Treatment outcomes vary from person to person. TCMThrive makes no guarantees about the effectiveness of any treatment, practitioner, or clinic listed on our platform.
4. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep practitioner and clinic information accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information displayed. Practitioner profiles are compiled from publicly available sources including clinic websites, Google Business profiles, and regulatory registries.
Users should verify practitioner credentials, pricing, availability, and other details directly with the clinic before booking an appointment.
5. User Accounts
Certain features, such as claiming a practitioner or clinic profile, require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Practitioner and Clinic Profiles
Practitioners and clinic owners may claim and manage their profiles on TCMThrive. By claiming a profile, you represent that you are authorized to manage that listing and that all information you provide is accurate and compliant with applicable healthcare advertising regulations, including those of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
TCMThrive reserves the right to remove or modify any profile content that violates our guidelines or applicable regulations.
