Her approach is shaped by her background in dance, motherhood, and recovery from long hours at a desk—giving her a deep appreciation for the different ways health evolves across seasons of life. Tina enjoys being barefoot in the garden, growing vegetables, or spending quiet time with handmade projects and tea. Now a graduate of her TCM program, she continues to learn and grow—honouring both tradition and the everyday rhythm of life.
