Stephanie has a special interest in working with Women’s Health, with the use of
acupuncture and the wisdom of Chinese medicine, supporting women to feel empowered on their own journey to healing and well being.
Her continuing education has included
Acupuncture for Pregnancy, Labour and Postpartum, Women’s Health, Perimenopause and Menopause support, Fertility and Paediatric Acupuncture. She is also trained in Orthopedic
Acupuncture, Tui Na (Chinese Massage), Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion,
Electro-Stimulation and Auricular Acupuncture.
Stephanie takes a special interest in Perimenopause and Menopause support and loves
educating and supporting her clients as they begin to transition through a new, and often
taboo, stage of life. She believes that menopause is not a disease to be treated, but a
process to be honoured, with many body, mind, emotional and lifestyle shifts that
accompany the journey. In Chinese Medicine this time is considered a woman’s second
spring, an opportunity towards energetic death, rebirth, and growth.
Her own personal journey to healing and managing an autoimmune condition from a young age, paired with her education, and more than 7 years experience in practice, informs
Stephanie’s ability to listen to her clients with empathy and compassion. She finds the best
results occur when clinic appointments are just one aspect of her clients process towards
healing and offers them education and guidance in modifying diet, lifestyle, and physical
activity in ways that are practical and applicable.
She has worked closely with her clients to improve and heal their own autoimmune
conditions, gut health, sleep issues, nervous system responses, stress, anxiety and
depression levels, hormone imbalances, menstrual cycle imbalances and so much more.
The empowerment of women is what gets Stephanie excited and she loves supporting them
