Odette has practiced for over 20 years in a variety of settings, including sports medicine, orthopaedics, industrial rehabilitation, ergonomics, seniors health, and acute care (hospital/ICU adults and children). She has additional training in manual therapy, IMS, acupuncture, and functional exercise therapy. Her personal explorations of yoga, Pilates, somatics, meditation, and energy medicine inform her practice. Odette grew up in BC (Saltspring Island), Alberta, and Saskatchewan. She worked in Kamloops and Calgary before moving to the Comox valley in 2002 with her young family. She and her 2 teenage children have been very active with the Strathcona Nordics ski team (racing and coaching), as well as enjoying the other activities this wonderful valley has to offer. She lives with 2 cats and a puppy.
