Mikiala's strongest clinical focus is the work that she does with women on hormone balancing, stress reduction, headaches, digestive disorders, sleep problems, anxiety, menopause, fertility, and pregnancy preparation. Mikiala's goal is to help you to achieve wellness and balance in your life. The process is two-fold; the therapy will help your body to heal itself and you will learn new techniques for maintaining your health on your own.
