Meghan Dougan

Dr. Meghan Dougan is a naturopathic doctor dedicated to optimizing both mind and body wellbeing. With years of clinical and research experience, she blends evidence based therapies with the needs of each person.

Dr. Meghan sees a variety of health concerns with a special interest in supporting mental health, digestive disturbances, and hormonal imbalances. Her goal is to address the underlying factors contributing to concerns such as anxiety, fatigue, IBS, heartburn, menstrual irregularities, PMS, and more. She also supports women through their fertility and pregnancy journeys. She has completed additional training to provide IV & injection therapies, acupuncture, and pharmaceutical prescribing.

Vancouver Island born and raised, Dr. Meghan carries a great level of respect for our environment here on the coast. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia before obtaining her doctor of naturopathic medicine. Outside the clinic you can find Dr. Meghan up at the mountains snowboarding or skate skiing, on her bike or yoga mat, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
