I am a Canadian Armed Forces veteran and recently retired from a long career as a Public Relations practitioner.
Health and wellness has been a lifelong passion both as a competitive athlete and then as a fitness instructor. Through my own midlife transition, I began to recognize a significant lack of credible and reliable information and available resources to support and educate women through perimenopause.
Determined to debunk mistruths and misinformation around hormone health and women’s fitness, I pursued a certification as a Menopause Doula (Health Support Practitioner) through the Doula Training Centre, Toronto. Since completing my client practicum, I went on to further my studies as a Licensed Menopause Educator through Menopause Expert Group (MEG), and pursued additional qualifications, including Menopause 2.0 with Dr. Stacy Sims, Brain Health for Menopause with Dr. Fiona Lovely, and a Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification through Girls Gone Strong, the world’s leading female fitness training program for coaches.
I’m certified to teach multiple fitness formats and hold a RYT 200 yoga instructor certification, currently working toward my RYT 500. This training forms a core part of my approach, allowing me to design coaching programs that support and empower women through the transformative midlife transition with strength, clarity, and purpose.
My mission is to help clients rise from the noise and limiting beliefs surrounding hormone changes and unapologetically step into the next chapter, rooted in wisdom.
