Jennifer Lines

Hi, thank you for landing here. My name is Jennifer Lines. I am a registered acupuncturist and the owner of Elemental Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine. We pride ourselves in heart led and community oriented healing treatments, working with the nervous system to bring harmony to the body, mind and spirit. I focus primarily on stress, trauma, hormone balance, fertility, and post viral illness detoxification. These are my areas of interest which I have taken further education courses in, and continue to expand my knowledge in these areas. I currently have a special interest in post-viral illness detoxification after contracting Lyme disease and having it sideline my life the past year, and I look forward to supporting people with immunity enhancing and detoxification specific treatments (supports for Long Covid, POTS, Lyme, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, among other illness). My background is in health and wellness, as a personal trainer and working in sport nutrition and supplementation for a decade. This background grounds my ability to give extra support where needed for lifestyle adjustments. I also use Chinese Dietary Therapy as part of my acupuncture practice to support our work together. The method of acupuncture I primarily utilize is based on the Eight Extraordinary Vessels.
