Jean-Sébastien uses different techniques depending on the needs of the patients, Trigger Point Massage, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Moxibustion, Cupping, Electro-Acupuncture.

For years now, his main practice was around pain relief (back/shoulder/neck). Being himself a professional musician, he’s also helped a lot of artists deal with their art-related pains. However, in the past year, he has been training and learning more on mental health, with a specific focus on Depression and Anxiety.
