Janette Cormier is a Registered Acupuncturist (RAc) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia and a Registered Herbalist (RH) with the American Herbalists Guild. She has been in clinical practice since 2009 and has a busy practice in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island. Always dedicated to advancing her understanding of knowledge of traditional medicine and lifeways, Janette has spent significant amounts of time pursuing additional training. Currently she is focusing on Daoist religious and textual studies with Parting Clouds and a Classical Acupuncture Mentorship with Sean Tuten. When not at the clinic, Janette is a mom to 3 wonderful children, an organic farmer, a book worm for riveting fiction, and a textile crafter. She loves treating all kinds of people with all kinds of issues and goals! Young and old, come as you are and you will be treated with kindness, respect and understanding.
