Ben Ip


**Background**

Ben is a fully registered physiotherapist in Canada originated from Hong Kong and graduated in 2019 in Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Ben made the exciting leap to Canada, where he is now bringing his expertise to the clinic. His time in Hong Kong not only enhanced his clinical skills but also cultivated a deep appreciation for diverse patient backgrounds and experiences.

**Approach**

With over three years of experience as a physiotherapist in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, Ben has dedicated his career to helping individuals regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. He believes that movement is medicine, and it is always better to prevent than to cure. The key is to recognize the conditions and he hopes to achieve that with a hands-on approach.

He is particularly interested in sports and geriatric rehabilitation in various conditions. He is also influenced by both Eastern and Western approach. His post-graduate training included Kinesio taping, rigid taping, craniosacral therapy and Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation course, (ANIMS) as he understands the importance of life-long learning in order to provide best possible care to patients.

**Hobbies**

Known for his warm demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care, Ben strives to create a positive and motivating environment for recovery. Outside of work, He enjoys exploring the great outdoors, indulging in volleyball, and trying to master the art of winter sports (still a work in progress!).
