Bara's practice supports your personal health journey on your terms, bringing a holistic, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach to every session. Informed by traditional acupuncture training and neuroscience, Bara has results treating the nervous system, mental health, headaches and migraines, as well as skin health, digestion, gynecology, fertility and more. She is passionate about accessible health information and patient-centered care, empowering her patients to manage conditions such as chronic pain and illness, injuries, autoimmune disease, arthritis, musculoskeletal issues and spinal health. She is also a certified Sujok Therapist, one of 17 practitioners in North America trained by the International Sujok Association. With a background in health and disability research and outdoor sports, she brings a sports medicine approach to her practice, encouraging accessible movement rehabilitation.
