I am a passionate Registered Acupuncturist dedicated to helping people feel their best, both physically and emotionally. My journey into the world of acupuncture started a bit unexpectedly. While working as a receptionist at a multidisciplinary clinic, I witnessed firsthand the incredible transformations that occurred after acupuncture treatments – people walking in with discomfort and leaving with noticeable relief. That sparked my curiosity and I knew I had to learn more.
I went on to complete my acupuncture and health sciences diploma at PCU College of Holistic Medicine, followed by a year-long internship where I honed my skills and deepened my passion for helping others. Over the years, I’ve developed a particular focus on relieving aches and pains from injury or day to day activities, easing emotional stress, and addressing dermatological issues.
I have completed training in both traditional and modern acupuncture, along with techniques such as Cupping, Gua Sha (myofascial scraping), and Tuina (acupressure and soft tissue release).
What I love most about acupuncture is its ability to achieve balance and healing from the inside out. Each person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to listening, understanding, and building meaningful relationships with my patients. Outside the clinic, I’m all about spending time with family, getting outdoors, and hiking in nature – aways that help me stay grounded and inspired.
Having called Abbotsford home my entire life, serving this community is incredibly meaningful to me. It brings me so much joy to now be able to use my skills to walk alongside those in my community as they move forward on their journey to better health and wellness.
