Yao Chen

Yao Chen (Vivian), a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in British Columbia, came from a family of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. Her family has been running a TCM clinic in the United States for nearly 30 years. She gained a lot of experience from her family. In clinical practice, Yao uses a variety of acupuncture techniques (myofascial trigger point acupuncture, FSN, Cupping and Moxa) to treat pain symptoms. She specializes in treating common pain conditions such as migraine, neck and shoulder pain, lower back pain, etc., and the pain is often relieved after treatments. She is also skilled in addressing internal health issues such as insomnia caused by stress, loss of appetite, eye fatigue, and low energy.
