Jun grew up in Beijing, an environment deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Her mother, an extraordinary influence, played a significant role in shaping her lifelong
connection to these healing arts. After earning two bachelor’s degrees in China and Canada, Jun
obtained her diploma as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCMP) from Pacific Rim
College.
Deeply passionate about acupuncture, Jun is committed to helping each patient achieve
optimal health through personalized care. Her clinical work is informed by Applied Channel
Theory (經絡醫學), an approach rooted in classical TCM texts and refined over 50 years of
clinical application by Dr. Wang Ju-Yi. This results-oriented method involves the precise physical
palpation of acupuncture channels to accurately diagnose and treat internal imbalances.
Beyond acupuncture, Jun brings over 20 years of experience as a Therapeutic Movement
Specialist, including a decade spent owning and operating her own Pilates studio. Having
worked with a diverse range of clients—from high-performance athletes to seniors in their
90s—she has a unique ability to help patients understand their postural habits. By teaching how
movement can be utilized as a form of medicine, Jun ensures that the progress made during a
session translates into long-term mobility, strength, and daily vitality. Her comprehensive
healing approach seamlessly integrates Pilates, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong alongside other TCM
modalities, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and tui na.
