Wendy Xu

Dr. Wendy (Wenqian) Xu is the fourth generation of a family of TCM Doctors. Since she was young, she watched with great pride as her mother and grandmother used needles and Chinese herbs to help many patients, even those critically ill. She was brought up being taught that TCM is a kind of treatment that is effective and has very few side-effects. She is excited that TCM is growing in popularity and believes that it will be a of excellent treatment in the future in the whole world. So she learned a lot of experience from her mother and grandmother. Dr. Xu studied both TCM and western medicine in Shandong University of TCM, which is a famous school in China. In her five years there, she studied hard and gained the position of student leader, a prestigious position which came with a scholarship. She continued her studies and focused on acupuncture. In 2001, she was awarded a Master's degree in acupuncture from the Fujian University of TCM, and in 2002 she moved to Canada. She is pleased to combine family experience and higher education to help you alleviate your suffering.
