Being from Vancouver, I was always inspired by the nature around us and created Fox and Forest Wellness as a space to come back to your natural self, to reconnect with your body, spirit, and its healing abilities. I've been a Registered Acupuncturist since 2014 and since then have offered thousands of treatments through my previous community acupuncture practice and now through my solo practice. My treatments can blend ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine methods with more modern techniques to give you a healing experience that is both comfortable and effective. I have a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries and have trained with several leaders in sports medicine acupuncture, learning motor point acupuncture, electrical stimulation, cupping, and trigger point injections (currently disallowed). Another area of interest is fertility and I've completed further education to help people on their journey, including support for those undergoing IUI/IVF. I have a big heart for those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and the unique challenges they face, including fertility for trans folks and support through gender transitions. In 2013 I journeyed to Nepal where I discovered Himalayan singing bowls and had my first lesson in sound healing. Since then, I have been passionate about sharing the experience of healing through sound and vibrations. My most recent trip to Nepal in 2025 provided a deeper knowledge of the craft, learning from different sound healing leaders and connecting with high quality instruments. For me personally, a sound journey is more than just relaxation; it's a way to connect with my higher self and the spiritual realm through deep meditative states. Outside of the studio, a lot of my spare time is spent outdoors walking, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, motorbiking, and camping with my two little dogs, Dozie and Dallas. I love travelling, especially to the Himalayas and anywhere warm!
