Hi, I'm Tania- a Registered Acupuncturist.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture is a time-tested practice that supports your body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance. This gentle yet effective therapy focuses on treating the root cause, and that is something I truly appreciate.

My approach is deeply rooted in the importance of regulating the Nervous System. A dysregulated Nervous System is at the root of many common symptoms people experience like insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues, muscle pain, headaches, and a weakened immune system to name a few...

My goal is to always support you in a way that facilitates a deep connection, bringing your body back into balance and bringing you back to yourself.

Outside of learning about this potent practice I love a good day spent outdoors especially in the forest, by a lake, and or on top of a mountain. I love spending time trying new recipes and working in the garden, all with my puppy Phoebe by my side!
