Stephanie Tai is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist who takes a holistic approach to health and healing. She uses acupuncture and complementary therapies to help relieve pain, improve balance, and support overall well-being.
Stephanie received her training at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She also holds a B.Sc. in Food, Nutrition, and Health from the University of British Columbia. Before transitioning into TCM, she spent ten years working as a pastry cook and bread baker—an experience that deepened her understanding of nourishment, balance, and the connection between lifestyle and wellness.
Stephanie is committed to providing attentive, individualized treatment in a calm and supportive environment. She values clear communication and works collaboratively with each patient to develop practical, sustainable steps toward improved well-being.
