Steph graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to obtaining a degree in Physical Therapy, Steph completed a Bachelor Degree in Business from Mercyhurst University in Erie Pennsylvania, where she attended on a full athletics scholarship for hockey.
Steph grew up playing competitive ice hockey, playing for Canada’s National Under-22 team and competing for a position on the senior national team. Steph's experience competing in high-level athletics stimulated an interest in understanding the human body and using that knowledge to help others reach their full physical potential. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life, from those seeking to maximize performance to those simply looking to get back to a pain free life.
Steph has continued her education with many courses and is certified in Acupuncture, Trigger Point Needling (Dry Needling), Spinal manipulation, and is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Steph utilizes her tools and skills to educate patients, build a personalized therapeutic exercise plan, and perform targeted manual therapy to get patients back to doing things they love! When not in the clinic Steph can be found mountain biking, hiking, golfing, snowboarding, and playing hockey.
