##Hi, I'm Sammy.

I'm a Doctor Traditional Chinese Medicine. I practice acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, and various other techniques that fall under the umbrella of Chinese medicine.

My interest in medicine started at an early age. I grew up sharing a home with high-needs foster siblings, which inspired me to attend university to become a physician. When I personally experienced the positive impact of an integrated eastern medical approach, I shifted into my current line of practice. 

I have been practising acupuncture since 2013; formally opening my licensed private clinic in 2017 while completing education to become a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. During this time I have also served as a Teaching Assistant for classes in tai qi, qi gong, orthopaedic needling, and other related classes at Pacific Rim College. 

I strive to continually enhance my understanding of Traditional Chinese medicine and contemporary western practices in order to provide clients with the highest standard of care. I am committed to creating a safe space for my clients to feel unconditionally held within their process, however that takes shape.
