Renae Parizeau

Hello! I'm Renae Parizeau, a Registered Acupuncturist, with a Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. Originally from Vancouver and shaped by over a decade of living on Vancouver Island, I have returned to the west coast to offer care and connection. My approach to treatment is rooted in a deep attunement to nature and its cycles, a strong desire for all humans to be seen and heard, and a belief that within each of us lies the capacity to heal – sometimes it just takes a gentle nudge. In the clinic, I offer an individualized approach using acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, and massage to help restore balance, ease, and vitality. When not in the treatment room, you can find me outside moving my body - in the ocean, mountains, rivers, and lakes that make up this beautiful part of the world.
