Lili graduated from the Protege School of Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She practices with a variety of techniques like swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint play. Her approach to treatment is a balance of both clinical and relaxation-based techniques to produce positive change in her patient's body and life. Throughout her practice, she has been fortunate to work with a variety of patients, all of which have made her sensitive to the individual needs of her patients. She believes Massage Therapy is a holistic healthcare practice that treats a person's mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health; leading to an overall sense of well-being. She looks forward to meeting with you to provide a comprehensive range of care.
