Xiaokun Liao is a registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner in Canada with a Master of Acupuncture degree from China. She has over 37 years of clinical experience in Chinese medicine, and has practised acupuncture in China, Europe, and Canada. In addition, she specializes in treating cervical spondylosis and sciatica with acupuncture and herbal medicine, and has achieved good results for many patients. Furthermore, she also has a unique approach to diagnosing and treating various diseases in internal medicine, dermatology, gynecology and other fields by observing the tongue coating condition and prescribing medicine according to the symptoms. Liao is the current Deputy Secretary-General of the Alliance of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine of Canada (AACMC) and a member of the BC Preparatory Committee of the Coalition of Traditional Chinese Medicine in British Columbia.
