Lauryn graduated from Queen's University in Ontario in 2017 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Since graduating, she has completed her Acupuncture Canada Certification (ACC) and taken courses focused concussion management and treating individuals with dizziness and balance dysfunctions. Lauryn's treatment philosophy is grounded in knowledge transfer, therapeutic exercise and the optimization of movement. With a background in Health Promotion, she uses physiotherapy as an outlet for preventative primary care and believes treatment should be individualized based on client goals, lifestyle and capacity.
