While my practice is multidimensional, and I value diversity in my work, there is one area in particular that peaks my interest. I am passionate about performance. And, not necessarily sport, although that is an obvious area, but I believe that moments of performance happen in all of our lives, and they are the moments that matter the most. The performative moments are what distress the nervous system, enrage us or break our hearts. They are the moments that make you sweat, lose sleep and stop eating. While every day can sometimes look the same, there are moments that hone us in, that demand our full attention, that stand out in our memory. And yet, if we handle these moments in alignment with our values... Euphoria awaits us on the other side. These moments intrigue me. I want to steep my practice in these moments. I want to feel the pressure with my clients, contemplate how to navigate these situations with grace, compassion and self love. I want to pull on all of my tools, research in between sessions, call on the wisdom of the world to guide us together through these moments... I want to help make these moments count.
