Kimberley (Kim) Coupland is dual certified as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP)—speclialisning in acupuncture and herbal medicine—and as a Certified Pedorthist (C Ped (C)), focusing on footwear, bracing, and lower-limb biomechanics.
An avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, Kim began her studies in the Outdoor Pursuits program at the University of Calgary before completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a major in Exercise and Physiology. Following her undergraduate degree, she pursued the certification in Pedorthics and has been a practicing Pedorthist for over 25 years.
Her growing interest in holistic health led her to study Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, followed by additional clinical observation in China, where she explored the integration of Eastern and Western medical approaches.
Kim is passionate about outdoor adventure, community wellness, and helping others achieve optimal health and movement. She combines her extensive knowledge of biomechanics with the holistic healing principles of Eastern medicine to help her patients move well, feel balanced, and live vibrant, active lives.
