I have seen and experienced how rewarding an active lifestyle can be, alongside the challenges that injuries can impose on both physical and mental well-being. The impact of acupuncture on conditions ranging from back pain to digestive issues and emotional health captivated me.
I am passionate about how the human body works and the strength it provides us. As an Acupuncturist I have more tools than just needles, I use fire cupping, guasha, tuina, electro-acupuncture and lifestyle recommendations to get you back to the activities you love!
I earned my Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, in 2019, and hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta since 2015.
