Jessica is a registered doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncturist, herbalist, and certified clinical pilates instructor, with post-graduate training in regenerative injection therapies, skin rejuvenation techniques, and mind-body medicine.

Having studied general sciences, nutrition, and women’s health in university—in addition to over a decade of hands-on experience—Jessica’s unique approach is informed by both ancient wisdom and modern advances in holistic healing practices. At the core of her belief is that our body has the ability to establish equilibrium when given the opportunity and environment to do so.

Jessica’s prime focus is on relieving pain and nurturing beauty, in all forms. Her precise needle skills span the spectrum, whether it is trigger point release for tight hip flexors and frozen shoulders, or intradermal collagen induction for crows feet and nasolabial folds. She addresses digestive dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, anxiety symptoms, and sleep disruption via the most minimal, manageable protocol necessary. Her attention to detail and genuine passion inspire patients’ confidence.

Other modalities offered may include herbal prescriptions, supplement/nutrition/movement recommendations, cupping, gua sha, tuina massage, electro acupuncture, tuning fork / sound frequency, and hypnotherapy/breath-work. Every treatment is designed to meet the needs of the moment, while honouring the bigger picture of better health and brighter days.
