Acupuncturist
Jasmine (Mikyung) Bae, R.Ac, has been practicing acupuncturist since 2007. In her 20s, she studied literature in Korea and loved learning about ancient philosophy and wisdom. She decided to study eastern medicine in her late 30s and became a registered acupuncturist in British Columbia.
Jasmine is proficient in gentle needling techniques and incorporates Cupping, Guasha, Moxibation, and Acupressure, enabling her to dissuade patients fears of acupuncture and needles.
She is dedicated to providing the highest standards of care with accurate diagnosis and effective treatment focusing on each patient's health status. She has had success in treatments for pain control, stomach disorder, respiratory diseases, and psychiatric issues. She is especially enthusiastic about the improvement of circulation and has special interest in treatments related to GI disorder.
Besides her passion for healing, Jasmine enjoys hiking the beautiful trails around Vancouver.
