Acupuncture Therapy: I utilize a variety of modalities in my treatments: Traditional Needling, Cupping and gua sha are used to remove stagnation and free up tight and sore muscles. Moxa, a type of heat therapy used in conjunction with needles is a comforting heat that moves qi and energy and soothes the body. I treat many different areas of concern and encourage my patients to continue with regular maintenance after balance has been restored to the body. I graduated from Pacific Rim College in Victoria in 2015 with a Diploma in Acupuncture. I then went on to complete my board examinations and have since been practicing in Ladysmith.
