I was raised in a remote town just south of the Yukon border—home to about 20 residents year-round. With the nearest city four hours away and no electricity until I was 15, I spent most of my childhood immersed in nature. Living so closely with the land shaped my deep appreciation for how our external environment affects our internal well-being. My passion for medicine began early. I would spend hours gazing over anatomical texts, fascinated by the human body and how it functions. In 2018, I turned that lifelong curiosity into a career, diving deeply into the study and practice of Chinese Medicine. Supporting others on their healing journeys quickly became one of my greatest sources of fulfillment. I aim to create a space where patients feel safe to arrive just as they are. My approach blends the structure of Western anatomical science with the holistic philosophy of Eastern medicine, allowing me to treat the body as an interconnected whole. I believe that mind and body are not separate—they are deeply entwined and should be treated as such. Over the years, I've developed a special interest in women's health, fertility, menopause, autoimmune disorders, nervous system regulation, digestive issues & chronic pain.
