Hi, I am Claire, a life coach, yin yoga teacher and Registered Clinical Counsellor. I enjoy helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues causing them anxiety and stress. I offer EMDR, HypnoReiki - Energy Healing therapy. I work with a wide range of clients: level-up, multicultural, dating, relationships, sports performance, traumatic brain injury, business owners, financial issues and career counselling. I look forward to collaborating with clients to find the best route to promote their growth.

I take a solution-focused and collaborative approach and incorporate curiosity, and creativity (expressive art) into my work. I seek to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change. I believe we can develop meaningful lives even within struggle and hardship.
