冷醫師 (Carry Leng) 出生於中醫世家，於中醫學院畢業後移居加拿大，至今已十多年。祖母是當地知名中醫，尤其擅長兒科和各類疑難雜症。 在臨床中結合祖傳的中醫技術及董氏奇穴、劉氏頭針等各類中醫學派的精髓，自創系統療法，強調修復人體系統功能以加速局部病情的康復，減少疾病的復發機率，對於各類痛症有其快速而有效的一套系統治療康復方法。用藥秉承經典，推廣經方，使用安全檢測過的科學中藥，對於慢性病有良好的效果，減少和避免對西藥的依賴。2015年冷醫師加入了北美自然醫美協會，倡導用自然醫學美容針灸方式(韓國INNO醫生的微針整容)達到臉部微整容的效果，做到無任何副作用及風險來保持臉部的最佳狀態。
