I am a registered member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) - Reg. # 27485. I completed my Master's degree in Counselling at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). In my practice I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Brief Therapy. I focus on helping you build self-awareness and strengthen emotional regulation, while creating space to explore and process emotions in meaningful ways. I believe in the power of thoughtful, solution-focused questions to help you uncover your strengths and move toward positive change. I work collaboratively and compassionately, viewing each person through a holistic lens. Together, we can address the concerns bringing you to counselling and support your journey toward greater well-being, clarity, and fulfillment. Outside of my work, I feel most grounded in nature. I enjoy backcountry skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
