Ashley Kulchyski

Ashley completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Thompson Rivers University in 2012 and subsequently her Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2016. Since then she has completed post-graduate education in orthopaedic manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture and dry needling, and pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Ashley has a passion for working with pre- and post-natal clients and all women with pelvic floor injury or dysfunction to help facilitate return to daily life and/or an active lifestyle. She enjoys assessing and treating the body as a whole and has a unique client centred, hands on and exercise based approach to rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Additionally she has a particular interest in working with athletes due to her personal experience in high level sport having played for the TRU women’s soccer team, and additional experience with swimming, basketball, volleyball, and dance. Ashley is a mom to two young boys and a Hungarian Viszla. In her free time you can find her running or hiking local trails or mountains in the region, mountain biking with friends, snowboarding or cross country skiing in the winter, playing soccer in the KWSL or just spending time with her young family in the community!
