Annaliisa Kapp

Annaliisa Kapp is a seasoned hormone nutritionist, licensed acupuncturist in British Columbia, and certified yoga teacher, bringing two decades of transformative wisdom to health and healing. Her holistic approach harmonizes food, movement, and ancient medicine, inspiring true self-empowered healing. Annaliisa's journey to becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist started over a decade ago when she became a certified yoga instructor through Prana Yoga Collage, where she met likeminded individuals passionate about using whole food, mindfulness, and movement to restore the body into a state of wellbeing. After graduating with Honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Annaliisa has continued to build her knowledge and skills by completing Digestive Intensive program, Hormonal Health, Functional Testing, and TCM Dietary Therapy. In 2022 Annaliisa graduated with Distinction from Kwantlen Polytechnic University to become a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist. She is excited to offer TCM Acupuncture services, cupping, and dietary therapy in the South Surrey area to help with stress management, pain relief, hormone health and longevity. Annaliisa is a mother to two amazing and enthusiastic girls and enjoys creating new recipes in the kitchen, hiking, travelling and learning new ways to be the best version of herself.
