Alvin graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver (Doctor of TCM program). He became a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) in 2009 and started his private practice in Vancouver. Alvin also obtained his Masters Degree (Integrative Western and Chinese Medicine) from Guangzhou University of TCM in China (2011). He worked in TCM Hospitals in China and studied from several TCM masters in China and North America as a practicum and as part of continuing studies. His practice includes TCM Diagnosis, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping, Ear Seeds, and Acupressure (Chinese massage).
