Dr. Arica is keen to recreate the most authentic TCM healing journey, custom-tailored for every case, using various schools of Acupuncture applications, prescribing herbal compounds, performing adjunct therapies such as fire cupping or mobility cupping, using Sound and Vibrational systems such as the Tibetan singing bowls and Acutonic® forks.

Dr. Arica was trained locally in the Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in 2023, obtained her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, from the renowned Five Branches University in California, USA.

Arica holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia, a Post-graduate diploma from the Simon Fraser University. She's fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
