Harvinder Sahi is a dedicated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist who earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India in 2005 and has been practicing for over 20 years. With a strong belief in client-centred care, Harvinder takes the time to understand everyone's unique concerns, working collaboratively to set meaningful goals and build effective, personalized treatment plans. She has pursued additional training in soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and advanced therapeutic techniques to continuously enhance her clinical skills. Harvinder has a special interest in treating motor vehicle accident injuries (ICBC), workplace injuries, vestibular conditions such as vertigo (BPPV), concussion management, and both pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her treatment approach integrates a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including active release therapy, acupuncture, intramuscular stimulation (IMS)/dry needling, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and comprehensive home exercise programs.
